Ark Skincare+Review

Ark skincare sent me some of their products to try and I’m so happy I’m able to share it with all with you!

Ark skincare is a made in Britain brand that makes skincare for specific age groups. This is great because any person can find the right product for their skin. We want and need different things at different ages for our skincare routine and Ark realizes this.

Since I’m 24 I was sent products from the “teens & twenties” line. During this age we want to be able to protect our younger skin especially against pollution. As you know already, I love skincare and trying out new products because I want to already establish that important routine early on.

A good skincare routine always involves a great cleanser and an even better moisturizer. I was sent  the “skin vitality moisturiser” and the “pro remove, pre cleanse” which I have really enjoyed.

The moisturizer is formulated for your teens and twenties and the pre cleanse is for all ages. I bet you’re curious about the pre cleanse and why you need it in your routine.

This pre cleanse is an oil based product. Don’t let that scare you away from it if you have oily skin. I have oily skin and haven’t had an issue with this yet. Plus, there’s some good and healthy oils in this like avocado, kiwi, and grape seed oil. These oils leave your skin healthy. You use the pre cleanse before your actual cleanser. For this you rub it on your dry face with dry hands and then rinse with warm water. You’ll be able to see it form an emulsion. This helps your cleanser work better by doing some of the work for it. After using it my skin is left soft and clean.

After going through the cleansing process I put on my moisturizer. In this case the “skin vitality moisturiser” which I’m currently loving for my skin. I find that I only need a thin layer of this in the morning and before bed. I can definitely tell that my skin looks more soft and even.

Overall, I recommend both products. I think they work great for my current skin concerns.
