The Tea Spot Review

If you all wanted to know about my tea addiction, it hasn’t stopped, especially after receiving four teas to try from The Tea Spot. They were so sweet to let me try two of their regular teas, and two of their cold brew teas, along with one of their Steep & Go bottle ( more on that later). I have been having such a fun time drinking these teas. They are all delicious. Of course they are loose leaf( my favorite).

I was sent this by The Tea Spot, and it was so lovely. Including a sweet card. Oh, say hello to the cat(not sent from the company)!

Since it’s been summer time I’ve been really into cold brewing.  The less I have to come into heat the better. It’s so easy to cold brew, you can honestly use any tea. But The Tea Spot sent me out two of their cold brew teas. The first is the Keep Fit green tea. It’s so refreshing and crisp. I used it in my bottle the first day I received it. I also received the Chill Out tea. The Steep & Go bottle is so easy to use, you just pour your tea into the bottle, and then you pour in water. After that you shake the bottle to mix the leaves, and let it sit in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes. The bottle has a cool strainer made into the top to keep the tea leaves in your bottle, and out of your mouth.

Besides the two cold brew teas I was able to select two of their regular teas ( that can also be cold brewed). I chose the Pink Rose Lemonade and the Blood Orange Smoothie. I REALLY like the Pink Rose Lemonade. It has different flowers, a hint of lemon, and mint. I love it hot and cold brewed. I actually used it in my Steep & Go bottle.

This really did remind me of a creamsicle, the way it's described on the website. I took the suggestion of trying it latte style, and it was a sweet after dinner treat.

Did you know that cold brewing isn’t very known about, here in the U.S.A.? I recently learned about cold brewing, and find it to be very resourceful. It gives iced tea a smooth taste, that sometimes can be hard to get when you boil water. As I said, you cold brew any tea. Try it, and I promise you it will e your new favorite way to prepare iced tea! The great thing about Steep & Go bottle is that you can cold brew in the bottle your drinking out of! It’s such a great way to have a healthy drink on the go. I think this is a great bottle for kids going back to school! Instead of giving children sugary drinks, give them a bottle and allow them to personalize the teas they put into their own bottle. It’s a healthy choice for them, but also tasty. Check out this video HERE to learn how to use the bottle.
