I love smoothies,I like having them for breakfast or with my lunch. Today after doing some grocery shopping I decided to make a quick smoothie. Smoothies are such an easy recipe that you can add what you want,and how much of what you want. For that reason I decided not to post exact measurements,it’s really up to your personal taste. I also try not to add any sweetener to my smoothies,I feel like the fruit and juice makes it sweet enough. But of course you’re welcome to adjust this recipe.
Plain Greek yogurt
Blend everything until smooth! For a dairy free version add tofu,it will taste creamy without the dairy.
