I named this Midwest Chili because I’m from the Midwest and this is how I’ve always had chili. Thursday I decided to make chili, Here is the recipe. Also, don’t be afraid to add your favorite ingredients and toppings.
- Brown ground beef,drain,and add whole serrano pepper,garlic,and seasonings.
- Add tomato sauce,tomato paste,and 4 cups of water. Let cook for 20 minutes.
- Taste for flavor,add canned kidney beans(optional) cook for another 20 minutes. Top with sour cream,cheese,or Tabasco sauce.
